Thu, Apr 17Brooks HallWe will gather in Brooks Hall to share supper as Jesus did with his disciples and have Eucharist at the table, then move into the church to strip the altar. The Church reflects the desolation of Good Friday as all the paraments are removed.
Fri, Apr 18St. Andrew's SanctuaryOn Good Friday, we pray at the foot of the cross, sharing communion from the reserved sacrament (blessed on Thursday). The 7pm service will feature our choir and will also be livestreamed on the St. Andrew's YouTube channel.
Sat, Apr 19St. Andrew's SanctuaryThis is a different kind of Vigil—more like stories around a campfire. We enter a darkened church, after lighting the Pascal candle from the “new fire” of Easter outside the church and then we process in singing “The light of Christ,” and hear the stories of our salvation from the Hebrew Scriptures.
Sun, Apr 20St. Andrew's SanctuaryThis special service will feature both a children's sermon and traditional sermon. Easter Egg Hunt to follow outside in the yard! This service will be livestreamed on the St. Andrew's YouTube Channel. (Note there is no 8am service on Easter Sunday.)
Multiple DatesSun, May 04St. Andrew's ChurchOn the first Sunday of each month, the children are invited to come to the front of the church during the 10 am service for a children's homily.
